my {precious}

QAL
i have been stalking kelly's {my precious quilt along} all summer. the fabrics that have been used have been drool-worthy. i didn't think i'd be able to make something i could enter in time.
peer pressure, some quick sewing and i have a finish! one i {LOVE}.
amy butler's {midwest modern} is the fabric line that got me hooked on modern fabric & quilting. i hoarded collected as many prints as i could find {thinking they would stop printing them} and have been waiting for the {perfect} pattern.
with the motivation from the group, i decided to pick a great, big-pieced pattern {to look at all of that loveliness}, cut and sew. stitched in color's colorbrick pattern was a perfect pick. i can't wait to get this quilt put together and snuggle!
thanks to the {my precious} peeps for the motivation!

  1. Great job Laura! How did you get this done with a newborn?! I wish I would have realized what this QAL was before now. I have a ton of precious fabric I can't cut into. :)
